When to order - As many funeral arrangements require special preparation please place your order as far in advance as possible. The items shown in the funeral collection are not all available for same day delivery.
Recipient Name - Our order process requires a name for the recipient. Please use the name of the deceased. (e.g. Late Michael Smith). This helps the florist if there is a need to liaise with the funeral director.
Delivery Address - Funeral flowers may be delivered to either a home address or directly to the funeral director.
Delivery Time - Flowers are delivered approximately 2 hours prior to the start of the funeral. It is therefore essential that a funeral time is entered
